This Communication and Consultation Form with the Participant complies with the commitment to the Safety Policy of the enterprise and the legal issues of our activities, as well as aims at the safety and satisfaction of our customers, and is in accordance with the safety criteria according to the ABNT NBR ISO 21101 Standard - Adventure Tourism - Safety Management System - Requirements
⚠️ Before making the decision to have the experience in our activities, the participants may consult the minimum information of the activities and the price list.

📌Before the start of each activity, technical safety procedures and instructions will be announced to all participants. Pay attention, clarify any doubts and strictly follow the instructions;
📌Do not disregard the drivers' instructions;
📌Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for each activity;
📌Do not remove equipment used in activities from the resort premises;
📌Take responsibility for your materials and equipment;
📌In case of emergencies, follow the drivers' instructions;
📌Follow the existing signs;
📌Walk only in signposted and permitted areas;
📌Do not throw garbage into the environment;
📌Keep your dependents guided and under control;
📌The organization is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items;
📢Communicate adverse situations to drivers.

The participant accepts and assumes, under Penalties of Art. 299 of the Penal Code - Omitting, in a public or private document, a statement that should be included therein,
or inserting or causing to be inserted a false statement or one different from what should be written, with the purpose of harming a right, creating an obligation or altering the truth about a legally relevant fact.

The assessment of the possibility of practicing the activity will depend on the risk of exposure and the decision of the guides who have the authority not to carry out the activity if the physical integrity of the guide, the participant, or others could be compromised

1. Our team is trained for risk situations, being prepared to carry out self-rescues and provide first aid. Therefore, the guides must be respected and you must follow the instructions given by them, in accordance with our Emergency Response Plan (PRE). Remember that they are here to help you.
2. Adventure activities often involve risky activities, and sometimes some discomfort. To fully enjoy our activities, it is important to have good humor, team spirit, and willingness to face unforeseen events and adverse weather conditions. Wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear.
3. The spaces are signposted. Therefore, observe the signs and never disobey the instructions contained therein. Walk only on permitted trails, and do not venture into unknown places without first seeking guidance from a guide, as they are well aware of the risks that may affect your physical integrity.
4. Never exceed your limits with impulsive actions, as they are the main causes of incidents. You become co-responsible for not following the guide's instructions or for taking irresponsible and unauthorized actions, as well as for risks assumed due to inappropriate conduct, and you will bear the losses and damages resulting from actions or omissions caused by your fault. Remember that your physical integrity also depends on the actions you take arbitrarily.
5. All efforts are made to provide you and your companions with moments of leisure and happiness, with all safety. However, as it is a natural environment, it is not routine, but the following may occur: slips, falls from one's own height, falling branches and stones, falling personal objects, sprains, insect bites, venomous animal bites, contact with wild animals, scratches and minor abrasions, sunstroke, general risks of nature tours including bad weather, serious and/or very serious injuries, including risk of death, due to non-compliance with the teams' instructions, need for self-rescue in case of not completing the route due to winds and other interventions. In any situation, our guides will be ready and prepared to assist you.
6. The activity may be interrupted in case of unfavorable weather conditions or in any situation that the guide deems necessary for safety reasons.

I declare that, being physically and mentally fit, I have carefully read and accept all the above conditions. I affirm that I have been informed of the risks and responsibilities inherent to the activities I will participate in, agreeing that the company and its employees are NOT responsible for uncontrollable situations, acts of God, force majeure, and for non-compliance with the instructions during the activity.

I also declare that I will adopt conduct that contributes to maintaining harmony, integration, and cordiality among participants and the park's staff. Thus, I accept the conditions presented for myself and my companions above, without any questions.

I declare that I am aware of and authorize the use and storage of my personal data obtained here, knowing that they will be stored for a predetermined period in accordance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law).
